We areseeking an experienced IMS (Integrated Management System) Lead Auditorto join our growing audit and certification team. This role offers the opportunity to lead audits across multiple management system standards and support organizations in achieving integrated compliance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Lead Auditsacross integrated management systems (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and related standards)
- Develop and execute audit planstailored to client organizational complexity and risk profiles
- Lead audit teamsand mentor junior auditors during on-site assessments
- Prepare comprehensive audit reportswith findings nonconformities and recommendations
- Maintain audit documentationand ensure compliance with Bureau Veritas audit protocols
- Build client relationshipsand support continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay currentwith evolving standards regulations and industry best practices
- Contribute to quality assuranceof audit processes and team performance
Required Qualifications:
- IMS Lead Auditor Certification(ISO/IEC 17021 accredited training or equivalent)
- Minimum5 yearsof audit experience (internal or external auditing)
- In-depth knowledgeof ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Strong communication skillsin specify language(s)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit engagements
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel (estimated 40-60%)
- Professional demeanor and client-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications (ISO 50001 ISO 27001 ISO 26000 etc.)
- Experience with sector-specific audits (automotive aerospace healthcare manufacturing)
- Knowledge of digital audit tools and documentation systems
- Consulting or advisory experience
- Fluency in multiple languages
