The Sales Enablement Manager is critical for improving sales and revenue performance by empowering the client organization teams. This involves managing enablement initiatives collaborating with support teams and analyzing performance data to identify and address capability gaps across the team. The role requires defining tracking and reporting on key enablement metrics to stakeholders to measure and communicate effectiveness. Essential skills include a background in enablement (preferably in a BPO) strong communication and project management and a data-driven approach to evaluating initiative results.
As a Sales Enablement Manager you will:
Be responsible for the enablement initiatives for the client organization
Manage enablement requirements and collaborate with support teams to deliver these
Understand the roles and responsibilities of the different functions within the Client
organization and be able to identify capability requirements
Maintain Sales Enablement Software to ensure it remains up to date and accessible to
sellers
Analyze performance data to identify knowledge and capability gaps across the team
Communicate strategy and identify relevant KPIs to stakeholders
Serves as liaison between sales marketing and support teams

Requirements:
At least a bachelors or college degree in any field
At least 2years of enablement experience in a call center environment
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Articulate and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in the use of PC applications Gmail and Google Business applications as
well as Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational time management planning project management problem
resolution communication presentation facilitation and influencing skills
Ability to work across multiple departments
Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends holidays evenings and long
hours
