In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Act as second-level back-up when ticket and query volumes are high.
• Assist and support the accounts payable leadership team with KPIs and operational challenges.
• Generate and present reports based on operational deliverables to stakeholders.
• Provide full support and assistance to the accounts payable team regarding issues and concerns.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Gather and analyze critical information and data needed by the team.
• Work closely with the operations team to review existing processes identify problems and recommend Esker solutions.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related degree.
• 10 years of relevant experience in General Accounting Intercompany Accounting Accounts Payable and Audit.
• Extensive experience in AP invoice processing and AP invoice resolution.
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standard Board regulation.
• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g. Oracle SAP JD Edwards Oracle Cloud etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
