About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment strategies and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. This role involves managing the full hiring cycle building strong partnerships with hiring managers and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Process Management
- Utilize various recruitment channels job boards ATS etc.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Review and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Applicant Tracking & Reporting
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring pipeline
- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies
Interview & Candidate Coordination
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring manager and candidates
- Liaison between the Recruitment Team and Hiring Manager
Onboarding & Administrative Support
- Assist in onboarding orientation and training of new hires
- Provide administrative support including document preparation and email correspondence
Requirements
- At least 5 years proven experience as a Recruitment Admin Recruitment Specialist or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP) is desirable.
