Job Summary

- Job Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
- Verify approvals and coding on all invoices before processing.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and perform check runs.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain good relationships.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing system for all accounts payable documents.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Associates degree in accounting or related field.
- Desired Experience:
- 1-7 years of experience in accounts payable role.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $20 per hour.
- Maximum Salary: $23 per hour.
- Currency: USD.
