Job Summary
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled AI Lead for Industrial Solutions (IS) will be responsible for driving IS-wide adoption value realization and lifecycle execution of Artificial Intelligence. This role will oversee the IS AI project pipeline ensure disciplined governance through the AI First operating model and collaborate with CIOs functional leaders Enterprise AI teams and business partners to operationalize AI at scale. Combining program leadership change management technical marketing and enablement the AI Lead will strengthen ISs AI ecosystem enhance AI literacy and accelerate the deployment and adoption of GenAI agentic AI and machine intelligence solutions. This is a Full-time and Remote position.
Job Description
What Youll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of the IS AI project pipeline aligning initiatives with business unit value targets and prioritization frameworks.
Drive consistent adoption of the AI First operating model across IS business units.
Act as the primary liaison between IS CIOs BU leadership Enterprise AI and functional partners.
Serve as a change leader and technical marketing advocate to promote AI adoption.
Lead AI literacy strategies and enablement initiatives including GenAI and Copilot adoption.
Establish robust tracking mechanisms for AI value realization usage dashboards and business unit KPIs.
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Engineering Data Science Computer Science Business or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in analytics AI/ML digital transformation or technology-driven roles.
Proven expertise in leading cross-functional programs with strong project and portfolio management skills.
Strong understanding of project management principles and frameworks that ensure successful project execution.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business teams possessing solid
foundational business acumen in supply chain operations sales and engineering.
Ability to translate business needs into structured AI opportunities with familiarity in GenAI automation and ML concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
