Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Own and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth revenue and positioning goals.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across demand generation content digital events and product marketing.
Act as a strategic partner to Sales Product and Leadership on GTM planning and execution.
2. Demand Generation & Revenue Impact
Drive qualified pipeline through inbound outbound ABM and partner-led initiatives.
Design and optimize funnel performance across regions and segments.
3. Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership
Strengthen brand positioning as a trusted authority in market intelligence and research.
Own messaging value propositions and narrative across industries and buyer personas.
Scale thought leadership through reports whitepapers webinars PR podcasts and executive content.
Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels and geographies.
4. Content & Product Marketing
Oversee creation of high-quality content that supports lead generation sales enablement and brand credibility.
Own product marketing including positioning launches and use cases.
Translate complex research offerings into compelling buyer-friendly messaging.
5. Digital Performance & Growth Marketing
Own digital marketing strategy across paid media email marketing automation and website optimization.
Use experimentation and analytics to continuously improve CAC conversion rates and ROI.
Leverage marketing technology and automation to scale efficiently.
6. Budgeting Analytics & Governance
Own the marketing budget and ensure strong ROI across initiatives.
Define and track KPIs dashboards and performance reviews.
Bring rigor to planning execution and post-campaign analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
10 15 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4 6 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in B2B services SaaS data research or knowledge-driven businesses.
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue not just brand metrics.
Experience working with global markets (US Europe APAC preferred).
Skills & Capabilities
Deep understanding of B2B buying journeys and complex sales cycles.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
High comfort with data dashboards and ROI measurement.
