Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Trade Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement regional trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Drive in-store visibility merchandising standards and promotional activities across retail outlets.

  • Ensure effective execution of brand campaigns and product launches at the regional level.

2. Channel Activation

  • Plan and execute trade schemes promotions and retail activation programs.

  • Strengthen brand presence across General Trade Modern Trade and key distribution channels.

  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend appropriate trade marketing strategies.

3. Sales Support

  • Work closely with regional sales teams to support business growth and improve retail execution.

  • Assist in developing channel-wise strategies to increase product availability and sales.

4. Distributor & Retail Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.

  • Ensure proper implementation of trade programs and promotional activities in the market.

5. Budget Management & Reporting

  • Manage trade marketing budgets and monitor ROI of promotional activities.

  • Track market performance analyze sales data and share actionable insights with leadership.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing (top B school)

Experience

  • 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Sales within FMCG or Consumer Products industry.

  • Strong understanding of distribution networks retail channels and trade marketing programs.
