Job Summary
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in AI consulting business analysis or client-facing technology roles
Demonstrated track record of successful AI project delivery client relationship
management and stakeholder facilitation
Experience progressing from workstream ownership to full project management
with increasing complexity and autonomy
Preferred Qualifications:
Successfully deliver AI solutions meeting quality standards with progressive
improvement in on-time delivery rates (>90% at Senior I >95% at Senior II/III)
Build strong client relationships resulting in high satisfaction scores and repeat
engagement opportunities
Generate qualified leads and opportunities through relationship management and
strategic client development (1-2 at Senior I scaling to 3-5 at Senior III)
Formally mentor junior team members with documented skill progression and
positive feedback
Maintain current expertise in evolving AI landscape and contribute thought
