Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing with a strong marketing background to lead and shape the overall marketing vision of the organization. The role is responsible for driving brand growth market expansion integrated marketing strategies and building strong consistent brand equity across channels.

This position will provide clear strategic direction while ensuring strong hands-on execution across brands channels and business entities. The ideal candidate will balance visionary thinking with practical leadership translating strategy into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes.

The role will have direct oversight of PR Corporate Communications Events and the Allcargo Brand. Product Marketing and Channel Marketing teams across individual business units will have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Group Marketing Head.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Lead brand positioning brand communication and long-term brand-building initiatives

Oversee ATL BTL and digital marketing campaigns across platforms

Drive sponsorships partnerships and strategic brand alliances

Manage corporate and B2B marketing initiatives to support business growth

Work closely with advertising and creative agencies for campaign conceptualization and execution

Plan and manage marketing budgets investments and ROI tracking

Lead and mentor the marketing team ensuring high performance and capability building

Conduct market research consumer insights analysis and competitive benchmarking

Collaborate with sales product and leadership teams to ensure integrated go- to-market strategies

Candidate Profile / Requirements

1218 years of relevant marketing experience

Prior experience working with or within advertising agencies

Strong exposure to B2B and corporate marketing

Proven leadership experience in brand marketing sponsorships and partnerships

Demonstrated success in brand building and market expansion

Experience in handling marketing investments and sponsorship portfolios

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Educational Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in Marketing or related field
