Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and communicate with clients in the IT and software development industry.

- Create compelling email content including subject lines and visuals to maximize open and click-through rates.

- Proactively contribute to lead generation efforts and collaborate with the sales team to nurture SQL.

- Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics optimizing campaigns for improved results.

- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant email marketing regulations.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an email marketing role preferably within the IT or software development industry.

- Proven track record of generating SQL through effective email marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.

- Candidate should have a minimum of 250 to 400 email IDs specifically in domains like staffingfintech healthcare etc.

- Comfortable working in a target-based role focusing on lead generation for US clients.
