Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily concierge operations
Source and manage vendors and service partners across Ghana
Drive marketing and social media growth strategies
Improve processes SOPs and workflows

Handle escalated client issues

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in operations hospitality logistics or customer service
Strong organisational and problem solving skills
Experience working with vendors in Ghana
Ability to thrive in a start up environment

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
