Senior Executive - Talent Operations
As a Senior Executive Talent Operations you will support the Talent team in key operational activities to enhance the employee experience and deliver high-quality Talent services to a specific function. This role offers a great opportunity to build strong HR knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding new employees by completing documentation coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring an excellent day one experience.
- Timely updating of employee data in HR information systems ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support for Talent initiatives including benefits administration and employee engagement programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance existing Talent processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Key Requirements
- An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management Business Management or a part qualification in a similar professional course of study.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR processes policies and employment law will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
