Looking for highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to and manage assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets & driving business growth in export market. A target-based role for someone with a go-getter attitude to acquire customers convert leads & achieve/exceed targets.
1) Sales Lead Conversion:
Identify prospective clients through market research networking and trade platforms. Convert high-potential leads into long-term buyers and partners.
2) Customer Base Development & Client relationship management:
Strategically build and expand a strong loyal customer base & strong customer relationship in the garment export sector. Ensure client and retention through regular engagement. Maintain excellent relationships with key clients ensuring timely response to needs and nurturing long-term business associations.
3) Territory Management: Drive sales operations in gulf territory coverage and market penetration.
4) Target Achievement Negotiation & Deal Closure: Drive monthly and quarterly revenue growth by aggressively pursuing and meeting sales targets. Handle pricing terms negotiations and closure of profitable deals while maintaining customer trust.
5) Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain detailed records sales forecasts and territory performance reports using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
6) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teamsmerchandising production sourcing and logisticsto ensure timely order processing and client satisfaction solving team concerns & ensuring that the team is focused on targets.
7) Market Intelligence:
Monitor regional fashion trends competitor activity and pricing strategies to optimize offerings and positioning.
8) Trade Representation & Visits to develop business:
Participate & attend exhibitions/workshops in the territory buyer-seller meets and trade events to enhance brand visibility and build lead pipelines in the assigned territory
Candidate Qualifications & Skills required:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
5 years of progressive experience in sales with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership Communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic thinking negotiation problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & sharing reports SOS basis
Aggressive go-getter mindset with a strong drive to succeed
Leadership qualities and ability to work independently & lead a team efficiently
Willingness to travel based on territory needs.
