Role Summary

As a Travel Consultant Sales you will act as the primary point of contact for customers planning international trips. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs creating customized itineraries and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers via phone WhatsApp email and chat platforms to understand travel requirements.
Design customized international travel itineraries based on customer preferences interests and budget.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely and effective communication.
Follow up consistently to convert leads into bookings and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with operations supply and support teams for seamless holiday execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales pipelines and conversions in internal systems.
Stay updated on global travel trends airline and hotel offerings and visa requirements to provide expert guidance.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales customer service or any client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong passion for travel and delivering memorable customer experiences.
Ability to multitask handle objections and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools Excel/Google Sheets and online communication platforms.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends as required.
