Job Summary

The Operations Associate - PT enters information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

Job Purpose

Keep records of all goods shipped received and stored.

Enter shipping information into a Excel / and SAP system.

Track delivery progress of shipments. Monitor Processes Materials - Monitoring and reviewing information from materials events or the environment to detect or assess problems.

Provide notifications to customers.

Processing Information verifying information or data.

Analyzing Data and Identifying Objects Actions and Events Identifying the underlying principles reasons or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts. Identifying information by categorizing estimating recognizing differences or similarities and detecting changes in circumstances or events.

Performing Administrative Activities Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing costs in SAP.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Fast typing skills

Must be proactive and make follow ups.

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word Excel etc.)

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

Basic understanding of databases

English & Spanish oral and written and customer service skills

Great attention to detail

High school degree or equivalent

Work Setting

Office setting sitting for long periods of time.

Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
