About the Role:

We are seeking a Structured Finance Associate with 4 7 years of transactional or finance experience to join our team in New York or Los Angeles.

In this role you will work on complex securitization and structured finance transactions collaborating with experienced attorneys and financial professionals on innovative financing structures. You will be actively involved in transactions involving residential mortgage-backed securities commercial mortgage-backed securities asset-backed securities and other structured finance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on structured finance and securitization transactions
Assist with the structuring execution and sale of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and asset-backed securities (ABS)
Work on specialized transactions including esoteric ABS CLOs repackagings re-securitizations and other financing structures
Draft and review transaction documents and assist with deal execution
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Provide high-quality client service in a fast-paced transactional environment

Qualifications:

4 7 years of relevant law firm experience in transactional or finance work
Experience with structured finance securitization or related finance transactions preferred
Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State and ability to satisfy the requirements of the office jurisdiction
Membership to the State Bar in New York or California required for the respective office location
Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Strong client service orientation and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Compensation:

Expected salary range: $310000 $420000

Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including qualifications relevant experience skills and geographic location.

Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus based on both individual and firm performance.
