This team is responsible for building and launching new subscriber benefits that enhance the overall experience and improve retention. They operate with a strong focus on experimentation performance analysis and continuous iteration ensuring that programs evolve to maximize value for subscribers.
As part of this team you will help research new ideas execute experiments and ensure subscriber experiences run smoothly at scale.
About the RoleThe Operations Specialist Benefits role is centered on execution and operational excellence. You will support the launch and management of subscriber benefits help run experiments and analyze results to inform improvements.
On a typical day you may:
Set up in-app experiences using internal tools
Analyze experiment performance to derive insights
Troubleshoot operational issues
Support the rollout of new subscriber benefits
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented curious and eager to learn new systems and tools. You will work cross-functionally with teams across Strategy & Operations Product and Analytics to ensure programs are executed accurately and efficiently.

Launch and manage subscriber benefit experiments and programs using internal tools and systems.

Monitor program performance and ensure smooth execution by resolving operational issues.

Support the setup tracking and analysis of experiments aimed at improving the subscriber experience.

Develop expertise in internal tools and systems and apply them to new initiatives and use cases.
1 years of experience in operations analytics customer experience or a similar execution-focused role (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems tools and processes.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
High attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to execute reliably and efficiently with a bias toward action.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to challenge existing processes.
