Must have: Manufacturing or Lab experience in the pharmaceutical domain.

Job Description:

Must demonstrate proven delivery and management of IT projects in manufacturing/pharma operations including.
Experience managing end-to-end projects related to shopfloor performance production planning & scheduling workforce/shift optimization
Background delivering real-time KPI tracking operational dashboards and performance reporting across sites
Familiarity with integrated planning solutions connected to ERP/manufacturing systems
Exposure to Lean/Operational Excellence practices (tier meetings standard work)
Experience coordinating operations production planning manufacturing excellence and IT stakeholders
