Job Duties
Works across the company functionally to meet internal and external customer needs to help support field operations.
Support operations and capital workloads and projects within an office setting:
o Monitoring workloads to satisfy customer service requests and compliance requirements
o Analyzing data and forecasting
o Creating work orders and assigning to field personnel
o Updating of company systems
o Direct line of support to field personnel
o Coordinating with shop management
Navigates and utilizes various customer information and operational systems to input update and change customer or system-related information.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years Standard computer applications (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
5 years Identifying and implementing solutions to problems.
High School Diploma HSED or GED
Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate must exhibit the following:
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to multitask
Self-motivated but also works well within a team
