Job Summary

Role: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts Goregaon East Mumbai
Experience: 6 years

About the role:

The incumbent will ensure financial compliance due diligence and effective financial management for donor-funded projects and implementation partners. This role requires high-level coordination with internal teams donors and external partners to ensure transparent fund utilization and adherence to statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements including FCRA Income Tax CSR and GST for non-profit entities.
Due Diligence: Lead financial assessments for new and existing partners to evaluate financial health governance and compliance capabilities.
Donor Financial Management: Manage the full grant lifecycle including budgeting variance analysis and the timely submission of financial reports to donors.
Partner Oversight: Monitor fund flow and financial performance of implementation partners through periodic reviews and field visits.
Audit Support: Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audit processes.
Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial summaries and dashboards for senior management and donors.

Qualification & Skills:

Education: Inter CA MBA (Finance) ICWA or an equivalent degree in Finance.
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in finance and accounts functions; experience in the non-profit sector or consulting is an added advantage.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of FCRA GST and CSR compliance frameworks.
Tools: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Competencies: Excellent analytical documentation and communication skill.
