CRA is seeking a Finance Associate to support financial operations reporting and ERP-driven process improvements across the organization.
This role is ideal for a young dynamic finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals and ERP exposure who can help strengthen financial processes ensure compliance and contribute to data-driven decision-making within a fast-growing and structured business environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support accounting operations financial reporting compliance and ERP-based financial processes.
The role will work closely with cross-functional teams leadership auditors and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting strong internal controls and efficient finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and General Ledger management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Monitor General Ledger balances and identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards taxation regulations and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory authorities during audits and compliance activities.
- Work extensively on ERP systems to ensure financial data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Support process improvement initiatives automation efforts and ERP optimization.
- Provide financial insights and analytical support to management for decision-making.
- Maintain proper financial documentation records and compliance filings.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce Finance Accounting or related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter candidates preferred.
- 24 years of relevant experience in accounting finance or audit roles.
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (Tally or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting taxation compliance and audits.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables formulas financial analysis).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- High level of attention to detail ownership and accountability.
