Key Responsibilities
HR – Core
Lead overall HR function for the corporate office
Drive manpower planning hiring strategy and succession planning
Oversee performance management appraisals and leadership development
Handle employee relations grievances disciplinary matters and exits
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes
Support business heads on people issues and organizational matters
Compensation & Compliance
Oversee payroll compensation structuring and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor law requirements
Coordinate with legal advisors auditors and government authorities as needed
Handle inspections audits and statutory reporting
Administration
Head corporate administration including facilities security housekeeping transport and vendors
Manage office infrastructure assets and support services
Control admin budgets and drive cost efficiency
Handle corporate office setup expansion or relocation activities if required
Leadership
Lead and develop the HR & Admin team
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people and culture matters
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion
Candidate Profile
15–18 years of experience in HR & Administration
Strong exposure to corporate office HR operations
Sound knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Experience dealing with senior leadership and external authorities
Practical hands-on approach with strong people management skills
