About the Company
Company is a well-established textile and apparel organization with a strong legacy and a wide distribution presence across India and international markets. The company is expanding its Exclusive Brand Store (EBO) format and plans to scale to approximately 50 physical retail stores.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Operations Head to lead and manage approximately 50 physical stores. The role will be responsible for end-to-end retail operations including store launches franchise development performance monitoring and operational excellence across COCO and FOFO formats.
Key Responsibilities
Store Expansion & Launch

Visit and evaluate potential retail sites.

Lead end-to-end store opening process.

Coordinate with design supply chain and vendor teams.

Ensure store setup as per brand guidelines.
Retail Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of approximately 50 stores.

Monitor stock levels and inventory control.

Track store-wise sales performance.

Ensure visual merchandising and brand consistency.
Franchise Development (FOFO Model)

Identify and interact with potential franchise partners.

Support onboarding and operational integration.

Maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
COCO & FOFO Oversight

Manage performance of both Company Owned Company Operated and Franchise Owned Franchise Operated formats.

Ensure SOP compliance.

Monitor store profitability and efficiency.
Team & Staff Management

Supervise store managers and regional teams.

Drive hiring training and performance management.

Maintain high customer service standards.
Candidate Profile
-
8-15 years of retail operations experience.
-
Experience handling 30 stores preferred.
-
Strong exposure to EBO / Franchise formats.
-
Apparel / Garments / Lifestyle retail background preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively.
