Job Summary

Profile:Sales Head-Environmental-Surat-1.5L

Experience:

  • 8-15 years in Government / PSU Sales
  • Experience in Infrastructure / EPC / Environmental Projects
  • Proven team leadership experience

Salary Range: 1L - 1.5L

Roles:

  • Define and execute government & PSU sales strategy

  • Drive order inflow revenue targets & pipeline management

  • Handle DPR-led & tender-based business development

  • Identify evaluate & manage government tenders

  • Review feasibility risk & profitability before submission

  • Coordinate DPR BOQ technical & commercial submissions

  • Lead tele-calling & field sales teams with clear KPIs

  • Build relationships with Government officials & PSU authorities

  • Ensure structured CRM reporting & weekly/monthly MIS

  • Coordinate with Technical Projects Accounts & Legal teams

  • Ensure smooth sales-to-execution handover

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (Engineering / Environmental / MBA preferred)
