KRT & Co. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Head to manage and oversee the complete HR function of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR generalist activities recruitment employee engagement and HR operations. This role requires someone who can independently handle multiple HR responsibilities while acting as a key link between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.

Oversee daily HR operations and manage the complete employee lifecycle.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.

Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Maintain attendance records leave management employee database and HR documentation.

Support performance management processes and assist in employee grievance handling.

Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.

Act as a single point of contact between employees and management ensuring smooth coordination.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.

Basic understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.

Preference for stable and committed candidates with consistent work history.
