Experience: Minimum 20 years - at least 2 years in senior management position in wellness/hospitality/healthcare/resort
Post Graduate/MBA/Medicine
Excellent English both written and verbal & knowledge of social media marketing

Job Description

Manage the entity with full responsibility for the performance including:
Profit and loss performance
Marketing and sales
Proven experience of strategizing digital marketing social media SEO and google ads
Proven track record of increasing revenues and profits
Doubling occupancy levels and expanding center to the next level
Starting new centers in other cities.
Manage sales and marketing team with a focus on lead generation and conversion
Getting corporate tie ups and generating revenues
Getting business from new verticals
Focus on selling membership to the HNI and corporate companies.
Expanding the channel partner network by adding new travel agents and referring doctors
Managing satellite OPD centers
Resort operations
Guest satisfaction and loyalty programs
Coordination with medical team
Maintenance of all buildings facilities equipment gardens apartments and infrastructure
Human relations recruitment and compliance with labor laws
Safety and security; Lawful operations and legal compliances
Housekeeping and hygiene
Food and beverage
Public relations
Vendor development product sourcing and purchasing
Expenditure control and cost center management
MIS and Development and implementation of SOPs
Store and inventory management
Managing emergencies
To maintain the required working hours and to attend the Entity on a daily basis
To remain available 24/7 for any work related to the Entity
Regular reporting at agreed frequency in decided formats
