An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic OTC Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives servicing independent and corporate pharmacies. The successful candidate will drive sales growth expand market share and ensure operational excellence within the OTC business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage expenses in line with budget and forecasts
- Develop tactical plans based on market data and insights
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve success
- Attract retain and develop top sales talent
- Build strong sustainable customer relationships and loyalty
- Monitor market share trends and deliver accurate forecasting & reporting
- Achieve regional and divisional sales objectives

Minimum Requirements
- Previous Regional Sales Manager experience will be advantageous
- A tertiary qualification in Sales Marketing or a medical discipline will be advantageous
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of the Marketing Code of Conduct
- Thorough knowledge of the South African pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record in OTC pharmaceutical sales (Schedule 02)
- Minimum 5 years experience in independent and corporate pharmacy sales
