The main focus areas include driving revenue growth across enterprise clients designers and strategic accounts through the implementation of structured sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale commercial operations with a required 10 years of sales experience.
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy targeting enterprise clients designers and key accounts.
- Identify high-value growth channels to expand market share.
- Translate growth objectives into measurable targets pipeline metrics and KPIs.
- Build manage and mentor a high-performance sales team by establishing clear account ownership and territory focus.
- Implement systems for sales accountability pipeline management planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to align commercial strategies.
About You
- 10 years of sales experience.
- 5 years in senior sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of growing revenue in a product-based environment.
