Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Drive the pursuit of high-value multi-service FM opportunities in the Western Cape.
  • Build and maintain senior-level networks to unlock strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with technical finance and operational teams to develop integrated FM solutions.
  • Lead pricing value proposition development negotiations and overall commercial strategy.
  • Manage high-value tender submissions and oversee internal bid governance.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Represent Tsebo at industry events and executive forums as a sector thought leader.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors trends and innovation.
