Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Ownership
- Define and own the application strategy and product roadmap ensuring alignment with Wealth Management business objectives regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Conduct user needs analysis market research and competitive benchmarking to drive product enhancements and superior user experience.
- Develop clear and detailed product requirements including PRDs functional specifications and interactive prototypes for core capabilities such as market data trading investment products account services and research/news.
- Monitor post-launch performance through KPIs and user feedback and lead continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from planning and design through implementation and rollout in line with established governance frameworks.
- Manage project scope timelines dependencies and resource allocation to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (business technology operations risk and compliance) to drive execution and resolve dependencies.
- Provide regular status reporting proactively identify risks and issues and escalate as needed with mitigation plans.
Technical Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with engineering teams and solution architects to design review and optimize scalable secure and high-performance technical solutions.
- Contribute hands-on to application development when required leveraging relevant technologies:
- Mobile: Java/Kotlin (Android) Swift/Objective-C (iOS)
- Web: JavaScript/TypeScript with or React; integration.
