Job Summary

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related discipline
  • Preferably 10 years relevant experience of which 2 years should be at managerial level
  • Proven experience in large-scale enterprise application development and deployment preferably in the HR domain
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise application integration including design patterns RESTful APIs and middleware
  • Sound knowledge of employment ordinances HR processes services design delivery strategies HR analytics and digital technologies
  • Solid experience in emerging technologies (e.g. Artificial Intelligence data analytics and cloud solutions) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with leading HCM solutions (e.g. PeopleSoft Oracle Fusion SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD) is preferred
  • Strong project management problem solving and stakeholders / vendor management skill
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in written and spoken English and preferably Chinese

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to design and deliver Human Resources & Administration (HR&A) solutions to uplift employee experience and optimise end-to-end employee lifecycle process while ensuring quality programme alignment and cost effectiveness
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders IT management and technology vendors to address user concerns and ensure enterprise application roadmaps are aligned with business strategies and overall technology direction
  • Provide timely technical support and resolve issues related to HR applications to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency in anticipation of business needs
  • Conduct research and collate market intelligence on service capabilities industry trends and best practices in HR management and related technologies as well as provide timely recommendations to business users
  • Foster an innovative and collaborative team environment by offering constructive feedback and support the development of team members
