Duties & Responsibilities
Job & Company Description:
As the HVAC Project Management & New Sales Specialist you will be responsible for both growing new business and managing multiple HVAC installation projects to successful completion. The role requires handson site management strong client engagement accurate costing and quoting and full project administration. You will work closely with internal teams subcontractors and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

As the HVAC Project Management & New Sales Specialist you will be responsible for both growing new business and managing multiple HVAC installation projects to successful completion. The role requires handson site management strong client engagement accurate costing and quoting and full project administration. You will work closely with internal teams subcontractors and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Education:
- Matric
- HVAC / Refrigeration Certification
- Engineering qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years experience within the HVAC industry
- Proven track record in HVAC project management
- Strong new business sales and tendering experience
- Ability to interpret building plans and HVAC design overlays
- Experience managing multiple sites from single-unit to multimillionrand installations
- Knowledge of OHSACT and SHE requirements; experience managing site safety files
- Strong administrative organisational and costcontrol skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a highpressure environment
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
