As we continue to grow our electrical product testing capability we are seeking a Testing Team Manager to lead develop and strengthen our laboratory operations in Loughborough.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operational management of a high-performing electrical testing team of circa 15 engineers. You will play a central role in driving workload management quality of output operational efficiency and continuous improvement while developing people capability and building a culture of excellence.
Reporting into the Global Laboratory Manager you will act as the operational backbone of the laboratory ensuring delivery standards and performance while helping to shape the future growth and capability of BSIs electrical testing services.
