Job Summary
As a P2P Queries Team Leader you will ensure that all queries are responded to quickly and efficiently whilst identifying areas of process improvement in line with company processes.
Qualifications :
As Queries Team Leader (P2P) you will
- Ensure the integrity of supplier transactions
- Champion compliance to all P2P processes internally and externally
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to internal and external queries
- Continuously focus on process improvement and establish root causes of late invoice approval/payments
- Work with the P2P Manager and Process Manager to identify improvements to the P2P processes
- Drive improvement in P2P metrics
- Perform line management duties including regular one-to-ones check-ins and annual development reviews

- A strong customer service ethos with the ability to drive this culture into the team
- A passion for developing the skills and knowledge of team members
- Experience working with large accounting or ERP packages
- Thorough understanding of accounts payable processes
- People management experience
