Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Pfizers dermatology franchise - an agile innovative groundbreaking team. The Dermatology TA has an industry leading pipeline and is poised for continued growth and success. The Dermatology team was responsible for two of our 25 by 2025 launches LITFULO and CIBINQO.

  • LITFULO is a JAK3/TEC molecule that received approval in June 2023 and is the first and only FDA-approved treatment for severe alopecia areata (AA) in adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults. Currently there are only two other FDA-approved medicines for AA in adults so LITFULO delivers on a critical unmet need for people suffering with the severe AA.
  • CIBINQO is an oral JAK inhibitor for moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis that received FDA breakthrough designation and was approved in the US in mid-January 2022.

The CIBINQO HCP Director is a critical role that will lead all field force marketing efforts and support the strategy and execution of key HCP-focused initiatives. This high-visibility position will lead several key projects. The selected colleague will report to the US CIBINQO Brand lead and will work closely with cross-functional colleagues and external vendors.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead all personal promotional efforts including field force strategy tactical execution and training
  • Support the fully branded HCP creative campaign evolution across major tactics & channels
  • Support creation of enhanced messaging platforms by strategically incorporating market research and RC feedback
  • Adapt and advance objection handling in response to field feedback and update if needed
  • Evolve core HCP messaging platform based on new data upcoming publications as well as key market research insightsto prepare to include in core materials
  • Lead targeting and segmentation strategy tracking segmentation impact across HCP channels refining field messaging based on segmentation-driven market research insights and aligning updates with evolving brand performance metrics.
  • Analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies and execute marketing levers to appropriately impact the business
  • Lead all samples/supply initiatives including forecasting
  • Lead Field Insights Team (FIT) and partner closely with sales leadership on key initiatives including POAs and preceptorships
  • Lead planning and execution for FAST start and POA
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including Sales Commercial Effectiveness Medical Compliance Integrated insights and strategy (IIS) and Professional Relations Team (PRT) to advance critical workstreams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Prior experience launching brands campaigns or other initiatives preferred
  • Demonstrated success in developing executing and measuring complex programs or initiatives
  • Strong team player with ability to gain alignment: Effective listening and communication skills gathers input from key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure to take accountability for business challenges think strategically and boldly to tackle complex problems.
  • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced high-energy environment
  • Ability to execute in the face of ambiguity or change
  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of internal and external audiences including senior Pfizer leadership and senior management from external organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and individuals to impact business performance.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162900.00 to $261000.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
