Job Summary
Location: Remote United States
About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and development of an AI-powered platform focused on improving behavioral health and community care services. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with the CTO engineering and operational teams to build and launch impactful products.
You will own the product roadmap drive user experience and help bring AI-driven features from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities-
Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business and user outcomes

Translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements for engineering

Lead the development of AI-powered features such as transcription case summarization and workflow automation

Own the end-to-end user experience across multiple user types and workflows

Collaborate with engineering clinical teams and leadership to deliver high-impact solutions

Use AI tools for research product design and decision-making

7 years of product management experience
-
3 years in healthcare health technology or regulated environments

Experience launching AI-powered product features in production
-
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and compliance environments (HIPAA or similar)

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience in behavioral health healthcare platforms or social services

Familiarity with LLM technologies RAG architectures or AI-driven products

Experience in startup or high-growth environments
