Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead national cleaning projects to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
Build and maintain positive client relationships and respond to operational needs.
Conduct site audits inspections and ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
Support and develop Site Managers to strengthen operational performance.
Monitor budgets contract performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Infection Control and regulatory standards.
Prepare operational and financial reports and track key performance indicators.
