TheDealerBusinessDevelopmentManager manages and assists ourDealerChannel with all things Global Payments POS & Synergy revenue related.

This positions importance lies in being theDealers advocate and ambassador for all matters related to reselling Global Payments POS and associated products as well as driving revenue through referral of card and payroll.

The person is responsible forDealercontracts quotas territories and recruitment / terminations.

This position must learn teach and facilitate all policies procedures and product advantages to facilitate the growth of revenue of the Dealers in the divisions assigned to them.

Additionally this position is the face in their respective divisions for theDealerProgram and all thing Global Payments POS related.

This position requires extreme attention to detail to make sure that everyDealerandDealerprospect is efficiently and professionally communicated with and mentored.
This position is responsible for having a mastery of all product specificDealer-facing documentation theDealerManualDealerprocesses price list authorizedDealerlist and training materials.

The DBDM must be able to assist Dealers with growing their leads answering to RFP / RFIs selling & closing POSbusinessand relationship management with local Global Payments card and payroll community.

The DBDM is the primary contact for anyDealerrelated escalations. This position requires travel all over the US and could be on the road more than 24 weeks a year.

  • Base Salary Range : Compensation: $75000-$85000 Base Sales Incentive Plan ($12000 quarterly)
