Job Description
The Operations Manager at is responsible for overseeing daily business operations ensuring efficiency across departments and supporting the growth of the companys automotive real estate platform. This role manages operational processes team performance and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery to customers brokers and partners.
The Operations Manager will develop operational strategies optimize workflows monitor performance metrics and ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the platform and related business functions.
- Develop and implement operational policies procedures and best practices.
- Ensure operational efficiency across departments including customer support data management marketing and sales.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
Team Leadership
- Lead mentor and supervise operational staff and cross-functional teams.
- Establish clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Support recruitment onboarding and training of new team members.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
Process Optimization
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Implement systems and tools to streamline internal operations and improve productivity.
- Ensure accurate management of data listings and platform content.
Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Customer Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for buyers sellers investors and brokers using the platform.
- Work with support teams to resolve escalated issues and improve service quality.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing sales IT and product teams to align operational strategies.
- Support the implementation of new features services or platform improvements.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure operational activities comply with company policies industry standards and relevant regulations.
