As part of our consulting team you will work closely with experienced analysts project managers and client stakeholders to evaluate business processes identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of efficient and scalable operational solutions.
Salary: $68000 $78000 annually
Location: Multiple Locations across the United States (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Preferred: Recent graduates (December 2025)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows
Support the identification of operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Create process maps flowcharts and documentation for existing and proposed processes
Analyze operational data to identify trends bottlenecks and performance gaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations IT and project management
Support the development of reports and dashboards to track process performance
Participate in process improvement initiatives and transformation projects
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Analytics Information Systems Operations Management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Technical Skills
Familiarity with process mapping or other methodologies
Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts
Understanding of process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio or similar workflow tools
