Job Summary
| Job Purpose | This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Responsible for acquiring new Corporates for ESOP tie-ups. Responsible for generating leads from Empaneled Corporates. Responsible for doing Cross-Selling of Investment Products like FDs Insurance IPO Financing to the Corporate employees. Responsible for arranging Corporate Help Desks on regular intervals. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree. Prior knowledge of LAS / ESOP Industry is a must. Should have minimum 3 years of experience for ESOP Financing & Cross- Selling Of Investment Products. Should have excellent communication skills relationship building skills along with strong presentation skills. Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills. Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self motivated individual. |
