Job Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Social Media Executive / Manager who understands that social media is not just about posting content but about generating leads driving engagement and delivering measurable ROI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and optimizing them for performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan execute and manage paid campaigns on Facebook Instagram (Meta Ads) Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
Monitor analyze and optimize campaigns to improve ROI CTR and conversion rates.
Conduct audience targeting budget planning and campaign optimization.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team for creative strategies ad copies and campaign planning.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends tools and platform updates.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize campaigns for better results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
