Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and build strong corporate relationships for our event management services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth through corporate events brand activations conferences and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate clients for event management services.
  • Generate business for corporate events conferences product launches exhibitions brand activations and employee engagement programs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized event solutions and proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations creative and production) for smooth event execution.
  • Prepare presentations proposals and handle commercial negotiations with clients.
  • Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and pre-event P&L.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Attend industry events networking meetings and business conferences to generate leads.
  • Maintain client database and update CRM or sales reports regularly.
  • Lead the sales team setting clear sales targets and strategies.
  • Conduct regular weekly team meetings to discuss progress challenges and strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Continuously analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.

Required Skills

  • Strong corporate sales and business development skills.
  • Experience in event management sales or corporate event services.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships and close deals.
  • Good understanding of corporate event planning and execution.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration Event Management or related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate event sales or event management industry.
  • Strong network with corporate companies marketing teams and HR departments.
  • Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
