Salary: 8 lacs to 12 lacs
Role Summary:
The HR Generalist – Senior Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on manufacturing/EMS environment. The role involves supporting plant HR activities employee lifecycle management statutory compliance and coordination with business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR functioning.

3. Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
4. Payroll & Compensation Support
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
6. HR Operations & MIS
7. Training & Development Support
Desired Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of HR operations in EMS / Manufacturing setup
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle workforce across multiple levels
• Proficiency in MS Excel HRIS and reporting
Educational Qualification:
* MBA / MA HRM/ MSW in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
Preferred Profile
* Experience in EMS electronics manufacturing or large-scale manufacturing plants
* Exposure to shop-floor HR and unionized workforce (added advantage)
