Responsible for site maintenance health & safety and contractor management
Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team you will oversee all aspects of estates management including health & safety compliance planned and reactive maintenance site security and liaison with contractors and external providers.
This is a practical and varied role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a high-quality school environment and can manage priorities effectively in a busy primary setting.

Previous experience as an Estates Manager Facilities Manager or Site Manager
Good understanding of health & safety and site compliance
Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
Practical reliable and able to work independently
Experience in a school or education setting desirable
