Job Summary
Are you passionate about power markets and operational excellence Join Axpo Bulgaria as an Operations Development Manager (Power) and play a key role in driving innovation optimizing processes and shaping the future of Power Operations.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of power markets and operational frameworks.
Coordinate market changes and manage the handover of new processes to the Power Operations team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing IT systems implement new tools and configure and maintain scheduling systems for nominations.
Drive continuous process improvements and optimize workflows related to power activities across departments.
Support new business activities including market registrations and operational setups.
Monitor market changes and system operator communications and ensure new requirements are reflected in internal system updates.
Ensure compliance with best practices and internal policies throughout the deal lifecycle.
Represent Axpo in industry workshops and in meetings with Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
What you bring & who you are:
University degree in Engineering or Economics.
Strong knowledge of Power Operations processes and tasks.
Solid understanding of IT systems used in Power Operations.
Familiarity with system operator platforms EEX platforms and relevant regulations.
Self-management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to multi-task prioritize and adapt to dynamic environments.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and innovation skills.
Strong communication social and analytical thinking abilities.
Fluent in English.
