Job Summary

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
  • Possession of a recognised professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant or equivalent
  • A minimum of 15 years experience in finance and accounting with exposure in sizable listed companies and/or multi-national groups of which 6 years should be at managerial level
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering ERP solution and associated business transformation from the user perspective with strong awareness on governance
  • Prior ERP consultancy experience in leading CPA firms consultancy firms or equivalent is preferred
  • Good understanding of transportation and real estate business is an advantage
  • Strong project management stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with sound knowledge on process design and re-engineering
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Remarks

  • Appointment will be made on a two-year renewable contract terms
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Senior Finance Manager - ERP Transformation position

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team in Finance Function to oversee the development and implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and ensure the ERP solution can fulfil the business requirements
  • Formulate digitisation and process transformation strategies for Finance Function to drive effectiveness and efficiency in anticipation of business needs
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders mobilise appropriate resources to align user requirements with the ERP project implementation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to revamp the Chart of Accounts (COA) structure and budgeting process
  • Oversee the change management for transformation projects as well as effective stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Provide executive support and coordinate inputs on regular reports for management decision making and carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned
