Applicants should possess a good bachelors degree with at least 2 years full-time work experience in office administration event management institutional advancement consultancy communications or public relations with leading institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organisational communication project management and problem-solving skills; a high level of computer proficiency and the ability to work independently and under pressure. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
The appointee will support the Facultys facility located in Central including the development and implementation of comprehensive engagement strategies and programmes as well as events and alumni activities. He/She will liaise and coordinate with alumni the business community and other stakeholders; formulate and implement marketing and communication initiatives to strengthen the relationships between alumni the business community and the Faculty; and perform other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
