Job Summary
Description
Qualifications
- Support Product Leader to lead workgroup on different product initiative projects (e.g. regulatory change and product feature design & development etc.).
- Assist team head to develop and manage insurance products and campaign
- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Actuarial Finance IT Operations Distribution Channels Marketing Compliance etc. to drive the end-to-end insurance product development cycle; pipeline management and approval process
- Conduct market/product analysis product testing and prepare the product related document e.g. product specifications and user requirements
- Support different business development initiates on product promotion
- Ensure our product materials are compliant with the most up to date regulatory guidelines etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in Insurance industry strong par-savings product knowledge is preferred
- Strong accountability and sense of ownership patience with attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint presentation is preferred
